There's no scientific proof whatsoever that it works, and indeed, it appears through studies done that it definitely is not accurate regarding physical illness. I mean, stress rings or whatever - that's cool. But I'm not banking on a doctor looking at my eyes to tell me whether or not I'm pregnant, you dig? I'll buy into it about as much as I do astrology.
