I know I talk about her on here a lot. I don’t much know if I have introduced her. More than likely I have, but I’m going to do it again. Sydney Pipkin is me wife. She is kinda dorky, and quirky. (Yes sweetheart, your a dork as I’m a dork. I just happen to be a dorky geek, and you are a dorky artist.) She is great and makes me smile often.

Lately, Syd has been running around taking images of bugs. I think it is because there are not many flowers out this time of year in Georgia. I’m sure in the fall she will start taking images of the fall flowers that will be out.

Syd also paints, and paints, and did I mention she paints? All over the place. I wished I owned a house and she could just paint the walls. Until she becomes famous, the house would be worthless. Wouldn’t it be nice to know that your walls had been painted by a famous artist and that it increased the value of the house?

So take some time to get to know Syd. She has started selling some of her art work and prints of images that she has taken. I believe in the fall time she will have a showing that is close by the house. The person that owns the wine bar is trying to get local artist up to display their artwork in a small festive event.

Sorry I didn’t report about this earlier. We got the money to get the test for the wife. But what is this? They were almost $200 cheaper than what they said the first time. That in itself is amazing.

This means that I will have the money for the tux as well on Saturday. Good news I think.

So with any luck all, things will start to pick back up. All will be well again. I just have to hope that work does send me out of town until I can get the credit card paid back down. Which means I need to get more side jobs then what I already have.
