I hate 1and1 hosting

Posted in Personal on April 28th, 2008

I’m so pissed at 1and1 hosting right now. grrrr.

I’m being charged a late fee of $20 on top of the $30 for the service not counting the $30 in over draft charges on my bank account. I know that is a little personal infomation but this shit sucks. I’m just glad I will never have to pay them again.

I know if you look at the site, it is still being hosted by 1and1. My brother has a virtual server with them. It is just easier to host that way. I will be moving off of this service as soon as I can afford to do so.

I really really hate 1and1 right now.

All went well

It would appear that all went well with the server move. The site seems a little snappier. I’m not sure that is really the case or if I just want it to be snappier. It really doesn’t matter.

I have other sites that I need to get moved and I will get on those tonight. I’m also going to be doing a write up of my experience with installing Ubuntu 8.04 over at 19″ Wide. I hope that you all will take the time to visit and read about the install.

I might be able to get out another post today, but more than likely not. I have a lot of work to do at work, and then it is going to be a busy day when I get home.

I hope that everyone has a good weekend.

Amie Street Music Wednesday #31

Amie St. Music Wednesday

#31. Calling #31. Is #31 still here?

Ah yes. It is that time of the week again for Amie Street Music Wednesday. What O’ what will today’s selection be. Lets spend the wheel of music I have bought in the past week from Amie Street and see.

tic,tic,tic,tic,tic…,tic….,tic………,tic………….

And today the pick of the week is Nocturnal Intensity. The intro to the album is great. It has one of the producer’s son doing the intro. You really should listen to it.

For the rest of the album. It is techno with a female’s voice on it. It sounds great. The beats are up tempo. Over all a great album to add to any techno collection. So take a listen to “Burn” and soe of the others. I don’t feel that you will be disappointed at all.
