My dad has to wear glasses and he has not stared at screens as long as you or I. It could be just getting older. It also could be from reading the news paper. I was listening to a podcast and it was talking about the accessibility options in computer for the seeing impaired or the blind. One thing that was mentioned is the white background with back text is hard for some people to read. If that is really the case then we should stop reading the news paper because it is truly bad on the eyes, as well as the text is not adjustable in size and over time we will have to strian to see it. I said it was no big deal, you get used to it. I'm 34 now-and I'm re-thinking why the heck I would stay up all night on the PC go to work the next day and let the cycle go on.
