Holistic Habits…
I was browsing the web and noticed some bogs about holistic habits or more so, working holistic things into life.
Finances may feel important, but over obsessing about money is unbalanced and certainly not healthy.
From a colledge student in NY, she writes about how tight money is and how she is keeping up her body and mind in a natural way. We could all learn a lesson from this. They say that cancer kills, I say that the stress that caused the cancer to become abundant is what kills. This blog is a good read and I will try to keep up with it. Building a happy, healthy future for me and my family is what everyone strives for.
It is really good to have a natural diet. I would also recommend herbs and other natural forms of healing. This will allow the body to take things in naturally instead of chemicals that were man made. Do some meditation and clear your mind and allow your body to just un-stress itself. You will feel more relaxed in your daily life and become a clearer thinker with out the jumbled up mess from job, school, love life, children, family, and friends. You may not relize it, but all of those things are just floating around taking up a cycle of your brain power. Let you brain relax.
I used to know a guy in AL that would grow mushrooms out of trees. He would spend hours upon hours doing research on the web, and this was 10 years ago, Google wasn’t even a thought yet I don’t think. He grew other different herbs in a garden as well. he believed that you needed to nourish the body correctly. This included making sure that your intestines were well taken care of, sense that is where the food is absorbed from. He said, “Take care of the intestines, and they will take care of you.” He just used herbs to do this because they were natural.
Take some time out to day and see if some of the drugs you are taken are made of rat posion, some are and the FDA still approves of them.
