I’m not really into IIS, but I wanted to let you know about a software package that will run on IIS, it is called Asp.Net Faq Manager. This software will set up a FAQ section for your website.

Asp.Net Faq Manager is powered by ASP.net 1.1 and SQL Server. It will also help you to manage the FAQs on your website fairly easy.

Why do you need an FAQ selection? Well, if you are running a site that has a service or product, then you really need a place to go so that the most asked questions can be answered with out the need of someone emailing or calling you. This will increase your productivity. I generally look in the FAQ of a website if I have questions before I will submit a ticket to their help desk. This saves me the time and energy of waiting for the held desk to get back with me on the problem I was having.

If I was a company running on IIS and had a need for such software on my business website, or a website that I was promoting support for something, I would look to Asp.Net Faq Manager for my needs.
