I will try to get a group recommended from Amie St every Wednesday.  I will pick fromt he free songs all they they may not be free by the time that you get to them.  If you don’t know it yet, Amie St is in to promoting up and coming bands.  It is a great place to get an eclectic mix of music from people that may make it big or fall off of the map.

So today I would like to recommend Tears of Technology. The song that I picked was Sapphira. Now this is not all of the song you just get a listen to part of it. If you want it, support the artist by buying it. This is DRM free music, so it will work with anything, and these artist do not have a bug company backing them and taking you to court, so support them.

Hotel Reservations can be made at this new site. I took the time to check out some of the deals against Hotels.com and they are the same. It is a different look and feel to the site. I wouldn’t say that it has that polish to it yet, but that could be a good thing if you are just looking to get the job done.

The website is fast, and is easy to understand, well for me it was. I would give Hotel Reservations.com a shot. I don’t know when I will be taking a trip again that would require me to use such a site, but you never know. I could have gold fall into my lap and then I could go the Rome or something.

The site seems like they really don’t mind you calling. I have seen the number posted more than once per page. Hotel Reservations.com really seems like they would like to help you get the most of your dollar.

For shits and giggles I think that I will call them and see what they sound like. Please hold…

The lady seems nice, she is willing to help and check rates at other hotels as well. She did try to make the sale which is good. I don’t remember her name though. I was more wrapped up in trying to type and thinking about what I was going to say than anything else.

Over all I would give this site right now about a 4 out of 5. I would like to see some imporvments to it but not much. The site is kinda scattered yet at the same time it loads fast, and by scattered I mean that there are boxes of different sizes and it just doesn’t seem to flow. Other than that it appears to be a site that is on the up and up. Also I would like to know that the lady picked up the phone right away. It could be that I’m calling at night, or it could be that they are on the ball.

I have to say that my favorite video on the web has to be the ones of just random shots of footage with a great song behind them. The seem to really just get you and draw you in to the video. There really is nothing like music to set the mood of something. I will have to get one of my Pap-pap, I really miss him. For now you would enjoy this from tiny-tube.com and as well this one from bicycle-sidewalk.com. Enjoy these videos as I have enjoyed them.

Work was work today. Trying to learn except script, kinda a pain. I normally learn enough for what I’m trying to do and then stop. What I have been doing is doing more of what I’m learning so that it will go in the memory banks and stay there.

On the way home today though my car decided that it would be okay to over heat on me. I didn’t that it was very nice to do this. I can’t seem to find the cause of the problem yet, I suspect the radiator is the issue, but can’t be sure yet. I will have to take a better look at it when it cools off. Steam is HOT!

Some of you may have noticed that I have monotized this blog. Well I didn’t really want to do it. I just wasn’t getting any donations to keep it going. I know that some people just blog for fun, but I would like to make some money while I am at it if I can. This was the easiest way for me to do it. I’m not asking you to do yours, but I will tell you this; there will only be up to two ads a day here. I will try and get one up around 6am and one around noon or so. Sorry, but I don’t like being advertised to either. I will though at all times give my honest opinion of an ad. I will not say this is the best thing in the world if I don’t really think that it is. The story about the paintball? yes that was a true story.

On a better note: I have started posting and taking the time to catch up with people that I lost touch with in the blogging community. I’m not an uber blogger by any means, but I like to think that I do okay at it. Maybe in time I will be better and more of you all will stick around to here what I have to say. I have been doing good at 19incheswide.com, which is a tech blog, and if you would like to blog there as well let me know, I will be happy to let you blog tech stuff there.

Other than that I am out for now. If if you get a chance you should scream like a wookie and visit this post. I just have to say WOW! and I’m not talking World of Warcraft here. That was the dumbest response that I have ever seen to a very simple question, thanks Delusions of Grandeur for sharing. I will give her a few answers next time like these:

Teachers don’t have time to teach and become parents too.
If I crack a strap on the bad boys ass, then the teachers would be able to teach without disruptions.
If parents were parents and not friends, they would know where the US was on a map.
If parents would spank their children, the the teachers would be able to teach.

Who’s fault is this America? Why, yours. You have made everything so touchy feel-ly. I need to take a moment to get in touch with my feelings… WTF! Get a grip, life is hard, stop raising pansies and get down to brass tacts. If they do wrong you have to show them what wrong feels like. I’m not talking about beating a child, I’m talking about a good swift crack of a switch on their bare ass. Grow up parents, get some control in your lives, and help make the live around you better as well.

To Miss SC… well doll, I can say that I can’t spell or talk very well a good bit of the time. In fact my English is rather poor, but not being able to answer a simple questions about why 20% of Americans can’t point out the US on a world map, come on. I can see the blond jokes coming down the wire right now.

How do you cause a blond to stumble on her words? Ask her how come 20% of Americans don’t know where they live on a globe.

Really Miss SC. I’m not sure that the stage got to you or what. I would take my self to PlayBoy and ask them to snap some shot of you so that you will be able to stay in hiding for a while. Maybe you are being touchy feel-ly right now… well get over it.
