3l0g D@y!
Posted in Personal on August 31st, 2007It is Blog Day 2007. I’m supposed to have 5 blogs that I would recommend to others. I’m going to see if I come up with 5, and we will go from there. Why would I have a hard time coming up with 5? I don’t read a bunch of blogs unless they have computer type information in them. Heck, I even run a techie blog myself.
So lets get this started. I know it is not a blog but I have had a great time watching the videos on his site for a very long time. My number 1 pick is (drum roll) bicycle-sidewalk! The visits to the other side of the world from, what seems to me, a people watchers view. Good music to go with the vids that just relaxes you and takes you to that place in time. Great site Nate, and keep up the great work!
I will have to give my number 2 pick to the person that got me into blogging. He is also in my blog roll as well and you may have visited his site before from here. Getting Gruntled! He is a coffee drinking, kinda weird freak, but well you know… it takes one to know one.
The Simple Dollar comes in at No. 3! This site is just loaded with ways of saving money. It is like he sits around all day thinking of a way to pinch a penny. It will help anyone out that is just looking to save a $ today.
At #4 we have Delusions of Grandeur. I have just started reading this blog. The writer of this blog is a friend to Getting Gruntled. This site is also where I got signed up at PayPerPost, not that I’m fond of advertising, but I need to stop hating the game and just become a player. Great site, well worth the read.
Number 5… you know I don’t really know what to use number 5 for. I will have to reserve it. Maybe next year I will have a number 5. So No.5 goes to all of the bloggers out there that I have missed because I just run out of time in the day. One day I will find you and it will take me a very long time to read all of your blogs.
EDIT! I found a 5th tonight 8-28-07 at 1:51 am… wow I just tore myself away from Dan’s blog. What a read. Meditations on Meaning is great. I must read for anyone just just enjoys reading about things in life broken down to simple terms anyone can understand.
