Well I have posted a a page about my RX-7.  I’m really just looking for a helping hand in getting the car fixed up.  You can find the page here.

This Saturday I will be taking the rear axle off of the car to be replaced on Sunday.  I’m hoping that all goes well and that I will have it back on the road.  I do have to drive about 4 hours round trip to pick up the rear axle that I’m replacing it with.  Also, Seth (the person with the rear end that I’m buying) has the front part of my car that got crushed when someone backed into me.

I’m hoping that this is the start of getting this car really fixed up.  I have thought about a few things that I would like to do with it.  One being a paint job.  I have thought about Gun metal gray.  Maybe even making it kinda look kinda like one of the electron mouse clones at the top of the page.

I wonder if “Pimp My Ride” would be interested in doing the job.  Maybe if i can’t get enough support from fellow readers then i will try them out, but I’m sure that will be a hard sell.  I’m sure “Pimp My Ride” doesn’t have a lot of time to worry about a RX-7 owner.  Even though I would enjoy doing the work myself, I just don’t have the knowledge to do a great job.

I will also be posting pictures of the job at hand and some of the things that i have learned in the process.  I have never done anything like this before.
